I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kandi. She worked with us for almost a year as we searched for a home while relocating. Kandi understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find a great house in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Kandi is meticulous with all the paperwork and had our best interests in mind. Kandi came highly recommended and did not disappoint us at all. She took the time to help us research homes and adjusted very quickly when we changed directions on what we were looking for. Being in Tampa with limited time in seeing homes, she personally went to some homes on our list and facetimed us to see the homes. When we arrived in Houston to see homes, we felt that we were only client and she gave us her undivided attention and went in what ever direction we wanted to go to find our new dream home. Buying and selling a home can be an overwhelming experience, but Kandi made the entire process less stressful. She was very attentive to every detail, from staging your home for sale to making sure the contract terms were in your best interest. Kandi provided effective marketing strategies through professional photos and videos as well as hosting a number of open houses. She communicated with us through the entire process and followed up on potential leads diligently. We will definitely be using Kandi again for all our real estate needs.

I have known Kandi for over 10 years and when it came time to sell our home I did not have to think twice on who I wanted representing our interests.
